Job Description:

• As a Fluency Clinical Application Analyst, you will
  Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

• Configure and support the Fluency application, and coordinate work with other impacted on and offshore teams.

• Provide maintenance and development.

• Provide post production support.

• Meet different SLA across incidents, problems, change, root cause identification, defect resolution, etc.

• Work with end customers, client stakeholders, and offshore team.

• Provide on call support during non working hours.

• Minimum 1 year of experience with Fluency application admin

• Minimum 1 year of experience with healthcare industry

• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ProVation admin

• Experience with Neuro Workbench support

  Knowledge of ITIL framework

Compensation for roles at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable hourly range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City, or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.

Role Location: Calculated Hourly Range for role

California: $61.53 - $71.53 per hour

Colorado: $61.53 - $71.53 per hour

New York City: $61.53 - $71.53 per hour

Washington: $43.26 - $53.26 per hour
